摘要: |
从井筒到地面集输系统的管线及加热设备结垢给陆梁油田的生产带来了极大危害。对陆梁油田垢样组分分析,垢样的主要成分为CaCO3、硅垢、少许硫酸亚铁;通过油田采出水水质分析,发现水中含有大量Cl^ -、HCO3^-及Ca^2+,矿化度高。从离子反应平衡式、热力学因素、动力学因素、酸碱度、CO2分压及含盐量的角度,着重研究了这些因素对CaCO3的溶解度的影响,探讨陆梁油田生产系统结垢机理,为结垢预测、阻垢剂的筛选提供理论依据,从而解决生产中的实际问题。 |
