钙钛矿型氧化物LaFe1-xCoxO3制备及其甲烷部分氧化催化性能研究

摘要:
用溶胶-凝胶法制备了钙钛矿型LaFe1-xCoxO3(x=0,0.2,0.4,0.6,0.8,1.0)系列样品,分别用程序升温还原(H2-TPR)和程序升温表面反应(CH4-TPSR)考察了催化剂表面的氧消耗过程及甲烷与催化剂表面氧物种的反应。结果 表明,催化剂上存在两种氧物种,强氧化性氧物种和弱氧化性氧物种。随着Co含量的增大,甲烷在催化剂上发生的氧化反应从以部分氧化为主向深度氧化为主逐渐过渡,对部分氧化制合成气不利。

Abstract:
Perovskite-type LaFe1-xCoxO3 oxide catalysts were prepared by the sol-gel method and the catalysts were characterized by means of H2-TPR and CH4-TPSR.The consumption of surface oxygen and the reaction of methane at the surface were investigated.The results indicated that there were two kinds of oxygen species in LaFe1-xCoxO3 catalysts,strong oxygen species and weak oxygen species.With the amounts of Co increased,the oxidated reaction translated from the partial oxidation of methane to the total oxidation of methane.It was harmful to the partial oxidation of methane(POM) to synthesis gas.
