DMC-MeOH的气液平衡及其共沸体系的分离研究

摘要:
气液平衡数据是精馏分离的理论基础。本文介绍了文献报道的碳酸二甲酯-甲醇体系气液平衡数据的测定结果,选用最完整的常压和加压下的气液平衡数据,采用NRTL和Wilson两种热力学方法对其关联,回归得到了不同压力下的热力学模型参数。应用NRTL模型,对变压精馏分离流程模拟,进行了回流比和塔板数的灵敏度分析,得出了最佳的分离工艺条件。碳酸二甲酯-甲醇体系热力学模型的建立及变压分离流程的优化模拟结果可以为工业设计与生产改造提供理论指导。

Abstract:
Vapor-liquid equilibrium(VLE) data are theoretical basis of distillation separation. Results of measurement on VLE for the dimethyl carbonate-methanol binary system from published papers are introduced in the paper.The most comprehensive VLE data which are determined at normal and elevated pressure are correlated applying NRTL and Wilson thermodynamic methods.The parameters in models are regressed.Process simulation of transformation pressure rectification applying NRTL models under different pressure is conducted.Sensitivity analysis on reflux ratio and theoretical stage number of rectified towers in the process are perfected.The optimal process conditions of separation are established.The thermodynamic model of the binary system and optimal simulation result of separation process could be theoretical direction of industry design and production renovation.
