铜离子交换的13X分子筛脱除硫醇的特性研究

摘要:
采用离子交换法制备了一系列铜离子改性的13X分子筛吸附剂,在一定温度下焙烧后,在静态反应装置和动态工业模拟装置上考察吸附剂对硫醇的吸附效果。实验结果表明:在Cu2+浓度为0.2 mol/L,焙烧温度为500℃,吸附温度20℃的条件下,改性的13X分子筛的硫容达到16.18%。吸附剂的最佳再生温度为300℃,硫容能恢复到原来的78.2%。采用红外光谱法(IR)和比表面积测定法(BET)对吸附剂的脱硫机理进行了研究。红外分析表明,Cu2+和丙硫醇分子以π键形式结合;BET研究表明,通过Cu2+离子交换后吸附剂的孔径和孔容都有所增加。

Abstract:
The method of ion exchange is used to prepare a series of 13X zeolite exchanged by Cu2+.The effect of adsorbent is studied on dynamic industrial simulation device and static reaction device after calcined at a certain temperature.The result show when the Cu2+ concentration is 0.2 mo1/L,the baking temperature is 500℃,the adsorption temperature is 20℃,the sulfur capacity of the 13X zeolite reach 16.18%.The best regeneration temperature is 300℃,and the sulfur capacity restores to 78.2%.Infrared spectroscopy(IR) and BET analysis are adopted to study the desulfurization mechanism of the adsorbent,the IR result show that the interaction mode between the propylmercaptan and Cu2+ is π pond,BET result show that the pore size and pore volume of the adsorbent exchanged by Cu2+ are increasing.
