摘要: |
在渤海油田PEM聚合物水基钻井液废弃物固液分离研究的基础上,分析了分离水的污染特点,首先针对渤海油田PEM聚合物水基钻井液废弃物固液分离水进行了混凝剂优选,优选出凝聚剂HNJ和絮凝剂HXN;然后对分离水pH值、混凝剂加量、体系温度、混凝时间以及水力条件等因素对混凝效果的影响进行了评价,确定了适合渤海油田PEM废弃物固液分离水混凝处理工艺。研究结果表明,混凝后出水的水质明显变好,其中色度、浊度和悬浮物SS的去除率均高达95%以上;COD、BOD均有所下降,具有较好的混凝效果。 |

Abstract: |
On the base of solid-liquid separation technology of discarded object about Pohai oil field PEM polymer water base drilling fluid,separation water was analyzed,and flocculant HNJ and flocculating agent HXN were selected.The factors of effecting coagulation such as pH of drilling fluid,temperature of system,time of coagulating and water power condition were evaluated and definited.The results show that water quality obviously meliorated,clearance ratio of chroma,turbidness and suspended substance reached up to 95%,COD and BOD reduced obviously,and had better effect of coagulation. |
