摘要: |
采用反相高效液相色谱外标法,对油溶性咪唑啉缓蚀剂的主要成分航空煤油进行了定性定量分析。经过大量实验得到的色谱条件为:SHIMPACK VPODS(2mm×15cm,φ5μm)色谱柱,甲醇和乙酸-乙酸铵缓冲溶液(pH=4)流动相,梯度程序洗脱,柱温为45℃,紫外检测波长245nm,流量0.2 mL/min,进样量5μL,最大泵压力20 MPa。以航空煤油标准样品为外标物进行线性研究。实验表明,航空煤油含量的相对标准偏差小于2.0%,相关系数大于0.9990。该方法不仅不需要对样品进行预处理,而且分析时间较短,重现性好,准确可靠。 |

Kerosene,the major constituent of oil-soluble imidazoline corrosion inhibitor,was determined by RP-HPLC external standard method on a SHIMPACK VPODS column(2mm×15cm,ф5μm) with a mobile phase of methyl alcohol and acetic acid-ammonium acetate buffer solution(pH=4),UV detector at 245nm,column temperature 45℃,total flow 0.2mL/min and the max-pump pressure 20MPa.The relative standard deviations were less than 2.0%,and the correlation coefficients were more than 0.9990 with kerosene standard sample as external standard.The method wasn’t only not to pretreatment sample,but shown to be fast,repetitive and accurate. |
