道化学公司火灾爆炸危险指数(F&EI)评价法是在化学工业领域应用广泛的一种安全评价方法,根据该方法制定的指数选取规则可以对工艺单元的火灾爆炸危险性进行量化和相对分级。本文针对道化学安全评价法流程繁琐,手工计算量大,物性参数查找困难,数据一旦选定难于修改等问题,设计并开发实现了道化学安全评价法的计算机应用软件,物性参数数据库使用国际通用的化学品安全技术说明书MSDS数据库,软件可自动查询相关物性参数,实现了道化学法安全评价的自动化,操作便捷、快速。通过对某乙烯生产流程中的乙二醇反应器进行计算机辅助的道化学法安全评价,证明了该评价软件的工程实用价值。 |

Abstract: |
The fire and explosion index assessment system of DOW’s chemical company is widely used in the system safety estimate.This method can describe the exact possibility of fire and explosion according to the index choosing rules.Aiming at the shortcomings of the method such as: complicated process,huge calculation,difficult to find matter parameter,difficult to change the choice.This paper introduces how to develop automatic computer software.The matter parameter database uses the international popular chemicals security technology introduction MSDS database.The software can search matter parameter itself.It makes the security-evaluation become automatically,operates easy and fast.According to use the computer-aided DOW security-evaluation at the glycol reactor in the ethylene production process,proves that this automatic software has practical value in the engineering application. |
