油田采出污水精细处理技术应用研究

摘要:
为缓解低渗透油田回用水质矛盾及加快富余污水的资源化利用进程,实现采出污水的充分回用,开展了油田采出污水的精细处理技术室内试验研究,通过对气浮、生化、超滤、反渗透等多项处理工艺技术综合配套使用及优化,使处理后的产出水达到了回用要求。试验表明,经超滤处理后的产出水可以达到低渗透油田的回注要求,经反渗透的产出水可达到配聚回用要求。

Abstract:
In order to relieve the water quality inconsistency in low permeable oilfield,speed up the reuse progress of surplus sewage in Shengli Oil Field and fully recycle the produced sewage,further treatment technique of the produced oilfield sewage is researched indoor.The floating,biochemical,ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis are adopted synthetically and optimized in this study.After the treatment,the water quality can reach the reuse requirements.The experiment indicates that the water quality after the ultrafiltration treatment can meet the requirement of injected water in low permeable oilfield,and that treated by reverse osmosis also can fulfill the demands of olation water.
