关于天然气气田开发工程环境监理的思考

摘要:

在剖析天然气气田开发工程环境监理工作重点的基础上,对天然气气田开发工程环境监理实践中存在的缺乏法律支撑、缺少技术规范、建设单位重视不够、监理机构水平和责任心良莠不齐和部分承包商难以监管等问题进行了分析,并提出了相关对策与建议措施。

Abstract:

Based on the analysis of key factors of engineering environmental supervision in natural gas field development project,some problems are introduced in this paper,such as the absence of legal support,lack of technical specifications,insufficient attention from construction units,unbalance of the working ability and supervision organization responsibility,difficult supervision of some contractors.In addition,some relevant countermeasures and suggestions are proposed.
