温黄气田冬季生产水合物堵塞原因分析及防治对策

摘要:
针对温黄气田天然气集输系统冬季生产水合物堵塞现状,结合水合物形成条件及现场集输工艺,分析了温黄气田天然气生产管线发生水合物堵塞的主要原因,介绍了动力学水合物抑制剂CT5-54的现场试验情况以及四年来在水合物堵塞防治方面取得的成功经验与认识。

Abstract:
For the hydrate plugging in gathering and transportation system of winter’s Wenhuang gasfield. this paper combines with the boundary conditions of hydrate forming, analyzes the hydrate forming and finds out the main factors influencing on its formation. Simultaneously, introduces field test results of kinetic hydrate inhibitor CT5-54. The last four-year’s successful experience in preventing hydrate plugging is summarized based on applicability analysis of the existing gathering and transportation system, and the corresponding improvement measures are put forward.
