沸石催化剂上甲醇和叔丁醇合成甲基叔丁基醚的研究

摘要:
研究了Hβ、HY、HZSM-5及HM四种沸石催化剂上由甲醇和叔丁醇合成甲基叔丁基醚的反应。结果 表明,Hβ因具有三维交叉的大孔结构及高的结晶外比表面而表现出最高的醚化反应活性。以AlF3为参照催化剂,进一步分析了催化剂表面酸性质和催化活性的关系,认为该反应虽为质子酸催化反应,但L酸的存在对反应物分子有溶剂化作用,催化剂的高反应活性与其表面B酸与L酸的合理调配有关。

Abstract:
The catalytic behavior of Hβ,HY,HZSM-5 and HM zeolites in the synthesis of MTBE from methanol and tert-butanol were investigated.The high activity was obtained on the Hβ catalyst,and it was proposed that the superior activity came from its large external surface area and pore dimension.The acidity properties of the zeolites with different reactivity were explored and the well match of Brnsted and Lewis acid was explained to be responsible for the reaction.
