防砂用高渗透水泥浆体系的研究

摘要:
对防砂用水泥浆进行了研究,得出最佳实验配方:ZSJ-10加量为7.5%,水灰比为0.6,石英砂为水泥质量15%,促凝剂0.5%,降失水剂3.1%,试验温度为50℃,候凝时间72h。在此配方下形成的水泥石其抗压强度达到6MPa~8MPa,经一定处理后渗透率达到0.6μm2~0.8μm2。在模拟地层环境下耐碱、油、盐水的侵蚀能力较强。由扫描电镜照片可以看出,该水泥浆体系所形成的水泥石具有良好的渗透率和防砂能力。

Abstract:
In this paper,we studied cement slurry system for sand control and the optimal experimental conditions:ZSJ-10 7.5%; water:cement ratio 0.6; quartz sand 15%; coagulant 0.5%; fluid loss agent 3.1%; test temperature 50℃; curing time 72h.Under this conditions,its compression strength reaches 6MPa~8MPa after treatment,and permeability can reach 0.6μm2~0.8μm2.This cement system has good alkali,oil and brine resistance under the simulated formation.Through the scanning electron micrograph,the cement system will also have good permeability and sand control ability.
