| 本文简要介绍了硫回收过程气分析方法、硫回收率计算方法、Sulsim软件的功能及特点,并根据该软件的特点,将Sulsim软件计算的硫磺回收过程气流量、硫雾以及水含量引入硫回收率计算中,并将其计算结果与传统硫回收率计算方法的结果进行了对比。 |

| This paper briefly introduces the analysis method of process stream in sulphur recovery units,the calculative method of sulphur recovery rate and the software of Sulsim.The calculative results from Sulsim,such as process stream flow rate,sulphur fogs and water content,were applied to the calculation of sulphur recovery rate.The results obtained by traditional method and the method given in this paper were compared. |
