大庆油田杏六联生产系统整体优化方法研究

摘要:
在以往油田生产系统进行局部优化研究的基础上,利用系统工程思想将整个油田生产系统划分为地面注水、注水井井身、油藏、采油井井身和地面集输5个子系统,利用流量、压力和温度3个动态参数将5个子系统进行有机串联,着眼于整个系统的能耗最优化。大庆油田杏六联地区799口油水井的措施制定和配套管线、场、站的调整工作表明,该方法能够准确计算油田生产过程各子系统的能耗,是合理控制能量消耗的有效途径和方法,对油田生产系统整体优化工作有一定的指导意义。

Optimization Method Study of Xingliulian Production System in Daqing Oilfield

Abstract:
On the basis of partial optimization of oilfield production system,entire oilfield production system was divided into five sub-systems by using systematic analysis method. The subsystems were surface water-injecting system,injection wellbore system,oil reservoir system,production wellbore system and surface gathering system. The flow rate,pressure and temperature were considered to be three main parameters to combine these sub-systems,which focus on the total energy system optimization. The application of this method in Xingliulian area in Daqing Oilfield (799 wells) approved that,the method could calculate the energy consumption in all sub-systems,it was a good method to analyze the energy system throughout the oilfield production system,and it could be used to guide the integral production optimization.
