油田次生硫化氢治理技术研究及应用

摘要:
本研究针对陆梁油田不同次生硫化氢产生对象,结合国内油田应用技术,分别从短期的应急治理和长期的彻底治理两种思路开展了治理技术的研究。研制开发出的脱硫杀菌剂配方体系,通过抑制硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)的代谢,从源头上减少硫化氢的生成量,兼有一定的脱硫作用。该项目经过近几年的研究及应用,已形成了以井下投放固体缓释脱硫剂、注水系统投加杀菌剂或微生物抑制剂的系列次生硫化氢治理技术,并研制开发出性能优越的杀菌剂、固体脱硫剂和具有明显抑制SRB生长的新型防膨剂产品。

Abstract:
For different objects producing secondary hydrogen sulfide in Luliang oilfield,the management technology was studied separately from short-term emergency management and long-term thoroughly governance,combining the domestic oilfield application technology. The desulfurization microbicides formula reduced the generation of hydrogen sulfide at the source by inhibiting the sulfate-reducing bacteria (SRB) metabolism,and it have a certain use in desulfurization.After study and application for some years,the project has formed series of secondary hydrogen sulfide management technology,including launching solid slow-release desulfurizer and water injection system dosing fungicides or microbial inhibitors of hydrogen sulphide. Meanwhile,the superior performance of bactericides,solid desulfurizer and new anti turgor agents significantly inhibiting the growth of SRB are developed.
