安全完整性等级在天然气处理装置中的应用

摘要:
简要介绍了天然气处理装置应用安全完整性等级评估的必要性,讨论了安全完整性评估的基本方法。选择风险图表法对SIL评估的过程作了详细的论述,并形成了一种针对风险图表法的SIL评估流程。结合生产实例,展示了安全完整性等级评估的过程与结果。结果 显示:根据有针对性的建议措施可以有效提高装置的安全性和可靠性。

Abstract:
In the paper,the necessity of Safety Integrity Level (SIL) applying in Natural Gas Processing Equipment (NGPE) is introduced,and the based assessing method of SIL is introduced,too. Then,SIL assessing process is analyzed in details based on Risk Graph Method (RGM),and a SIL assessing process is advanced. At last,process and result of SIL is displayed by a producing case. The research result shows that security and reliability of NGPE should be advanced effectively through the pertinence advises which could be brought forward by SIL assessing.
