催化汽油加氢脱硫装置设计及开车总结

摘要:
介绍了国内首套采用Prime-G+技术的催化汽油加氢脱硫装置的流程、特点及主要操作条件。并重点对开工初期加氢脱硫反应器入口操作压力和氢分压偏低、稳定塔压力大幅度波动、稳定塔重沸器旁路阀控制失效的原因进行了分析,提出了采取的措施并给出了避免此类问题再次发生的建议。

Abstract:
The process,characteristics and main operation conditions of the first Prime-G+FCC gasoline hydrodesulphurization unit in China are introduced. By analyzing the causes of the lower inlet pressure and lower hydrogen partial pressure of the hydrodesulphurization reactor than designed,the severely unstable operation pressure of the stabilizer as well as the failure control of bypass valve of the stabilizer reboiler in the start-up stage,this paper provides corresponding measures and proposals to avoid similar accidents to occur again.
