本文以哈萨克斯坦让纳若尔油田湿气回注工程的实际设计数据为例,对含硫天然气中同时含部分氧气的特殊气质的分子筛脱水工艺方案,从其主要工艺特点、设备选择、材料选择、平面布置、主要节能措施、能耗等方面进行了阐述,为含氧及硫化氢天然气分子筛脱水装置的设计提供了参考。 |

According to the design data of wet gas reinjectionengineering in Zananor oil field of the Republic of Kazakhstan, particular sour gas which contains oxygen has been treated by molecular sieve dehydration unit. It introduces the main process characteristics, the selection of equipments and materials, the plant layout,main measurements of energy conservation and energy consume,etc. It gives reference to similar design of dehydration unit which using molecular sieve as adsorbent to treat particular sour gas whichcontains oxygen. |
