元坝地区试采脱硫工艺初探

摘要:
川东北元坝区块为西南油气分公司重点勘探开发区块,天然气资源丰富,区块勘探开发潜力巨大,主力气藏长兴组气藏具有含H2S及CO2腐蚀性气体的特点。由于区域仍处于勘探阶段,区域产能、稳产能力不确定。H2S含量的不稳定,使该区试采期间脱硫工艺的选择难度较大。本文紧密结合元坝目前勘探现状,通过对目前成熟脱硫工艺的深入分析,按适应性强、经济可行为原则,提出了小区域中小型脱硫的试采脱硫技术思路,并初步形成技术方案,为该区含硫气井勘探的深入及后期脱硫投产提供初步技术思路和基础。

Abstract:
Yuanba area in northeast of Sichuan is the key exploration and development area of Southwest Petroleum Branch. It has rich resources of natural gas with tremendous potential for exploration and development, and the principal Changxing gas reservoir contains H2S and CO2. Because the area is in the exploration stage, its deliverability and rate—maintenance capability is uncertain, and H2S content is fluctuating, so it is very difficult to select desulfurization technology during production test of this area. Closely combining present exploration situation in Yuanba, and taking deep analysis of mature desulfurization technology with principle of high suitability and economic feasibility, this article proposed the technique ideas of production test for small and medium—sized desulfurization in small region, and forms a preliminary technology plan, which offers elementary technology clue and basis for deeper exploration and later production of sour gas wells in this area.
