TEG脱水装置能耗评价方法初探

摘要:
本文分析了影响天然气处理厂三甘醇脱水装置能耗的主要因素,建立了用于评价脱水装置用能水平的能耗评价指标;应用HYSYS软件建立脱水装置的能耗模型,初步确立了求取理论能耗计算值的基准条件,通过模型可求取理论能耗值,将装置实际能耗与理论能耗计算值比较,从而可初步评价装置的用能水平。

Abstract:
The key factors effecting the energy consumption of TEG dehydration unit in gas plant are discussed. The index used to evaluate the energy consumption of TEG dehydration unit is established; the energy consumption model of TEG dehydration is established using HYSYS software. After confirming the basic conditions, the energy consumption theoretical value can be calculated through the energy consumption model. The energy consumption efficiency of the TEG unit can be evaluated by comparing the actual energy consumption and the criterion energy consumption.
