麻金线盐卤化物成因分析

摘要:
根据金沙线在天然气输送过程中产生盐结晶影响清管作业的情况,开展了对上游矿区进气、麻金线及金沙线输送天然气的研究工作。收集了麻柳场气田水和天然气的历史取样报告,现场采集了地层水和天然气样本,并进行分析。得出了管道卤化物形成原因,针对麻金线集输系统中晶体类型提出了减少和预防结晶的建议。

Abstract:
During the natural gas transmission of Jinsha lines,it generated the salt crystallization which influenced operations of cleaning pipeline. Research was conducted aiming at gas intake from gas field upstream and natural gas transmission in Majin lines & Jinshan lines. By gathering the historical sampling report of water and natural gas in Maliu gas field, analyzing formation water and natural gas samples from the field, we found out the forming reason of halide salts in pipeline. According to the crystal types of Majin gathering and transportation system, suggestions were proposed to reduce and prevent crystallization.
