油田污水水质稳定技术的研究

摘要:
油田污水中存在铁离子给油田生产带来极大的影响,主要表现在对污水水质的影响、注水管网腐蚀、地层污染和堵塞等。为了解决污水中铁离子的影响,使铁离子处于稳定的状态,进行了有关铁离子稳定的一系列研究工作,在多次现场调研、取样、室内实验的基础上,开发出了一种复合的铁离子稳定剂。通过对现河污水的现场应用,取得了较好的水质稳定效果。

Abstract:
Iron ions in the oil field wastewater have great influence on the oil field production, such as changing the wastewater quality, corroding the water—injection pipe network, polluting and blocking the formation, etc. In order to solve the impact of iron ions, a series of researches about the iron ions stability are carried out. Based on many field investigations, sampling and lab tests, the composite of iron ions stabilizer has been developed. Better waterquality stability effect is gained by field application on Xianhe wastewater.
