将纳米二氧化钛引入到AlPO4-5/Al2O3复合载体中,以W-Ni为活性金属制备了不同TiO2含量的复合载体催化剂。以二苯并噻吩为模型化合物,在微反装置上对催化剂加氢脱硫性能进行评价,结果表明,在反应压力4.0MPa,氢油体积比500∶1,体积速度7.53mL/h的条件下,TiO2含量在10.0%(w)时,所制备催化剂的加氢脱硫活性最高。以大庆催化裂化柴油为原料对催化剂进行加氢脱硫性能试验,结果表明,该催化剂表现出较高的活性。 |

Study on Composite Supported Catalyst Modified by TiO2 in Diesel Hydrodesulfurization |

Composite supported catalysts with different content of TiO2 are prepared by adding nanometer TiO2 to the AlPO4-5/Al2O3 composite support and with W-Ni metal as active component.The hydrodesulfurization performance of catalysts is evaluated in micro-reactor with dibenzothiophen as model compound.The results show that the catalyst get the highest activity with TiO2 content of 10.0wt% under the condition of reaction pressure of 4.0 MPa,H2/oil of 500∶1,volume rate of 7.53 ml·h-1.The dibenzothiophen performance of the catalysts is evaluated using Daqing FCC LCO as feedstock.The results indicate that the catalysts show good hydrodesulfurization activity. |
