三叶草型硫回收尾气加氢水解催化剂CT6-10的研究

摘要:
以三叶草型γ-Al2O3为载体,用浸渍法制备了Co-Mo硫回收尾气加氢水解催化剂CT6-10。研究了反应温度、空速、SO2浓度以及原料气中CS2浓度、O2浓度对催化剂活性的影响。试验结果表明,在温度280℃~400℃、空速小于3 000h-1时,尾气中除H2S外的总硫含量小于200×10-6(φ),说明CT6-10具有很好的活性。

Abstract:
With clover leaf type γ-Al2O3 as carrier,Co-Mo based sulfur recovery tail-gas hydrogenation and hydrolysis catalyst CT6-10 has been successfully prepared by immersion method.Experimental results show that reaction activity of the catalyst is influenced by reaction temperature,space velocity,the in-let gas concentration of SO2,CS2 and O2.When the reaction temperature ranges from 280℃ to 400℃,and the space velocity is below 3000 h-1,the total sulfur conversion rate of the catalyst reaches 99% and the total sulfur content except H2S in out-let gas is less than 200×10-6(V/V),which shows CT6-10 has excellent catalytic activity.
