摘要:
对孔板流量计在湿气计量上的工业应用进行了详细的回顾。分析表明,孔板流量计与湿气的响应与湿气的流动状态紧密相关。为使孔板流量计能够准确计量湿气流体,必须加强预防措施以确保压差传感器不被湿气饱和。文章深入探讨了如何校正孔板流量计在计量湿气时的弱读和超读现象。认为监控孔板流量计的压力损失率对于得到准确读数的益处有限。所有的情况均表明,对于ISO来说,发表有关湿气流量计量的技术报告是当务之急。

Abstract:
The industrial application of orifice plate meters in the wet gas flow was reviewed in detail.The analysis shows that the orifice plate meter’s response to the wet gas flow is closely related to the pattern of the wet gas flow.However,to meter the wet gas flow accurately,precautions must be taken to make sure that the wet gas does not saturate the differential pressure(DP)transmitters of the orifice plate meters.The corrections of under-reading and over-predicting of the orifice plate meter used in the wet gas flow are also discussed in detail.Monitoring the pressure loss ratio(PLR)of an orifice meter is believed to have limited benefit to obtain an accurate reading.All evidences state that it is necessary for ISO to produce a wet gas flow metering technical report.
