介绍了MIP工艺的设计思路及操作要点:一反出口温度控制在500℃~520℃为宜;二反的催化剂藏量控制在4t~5t为宜,如果需打急冷油来控制二反温度,则最好控制在10t/h以内为宜;选用MIP工艺专用催化剂效果更好。总结了MIP-CGP工艺的先进性,表明:在汽油降烯烃方面可控制汽油烯烃在30%以内;在汽油降苯含量方面能够控制汽油苯含量在1.0%以内;在汽油降硫等方面较传统FCC技术可降低硫含量42.69%,各项指标明显优于传统FCC,完全可达到汽油国Ⅲ标准。 |

Design idea and operation points of maximizing iso-paraffins process(MIP) are introduced.At first,the outlet temperature of the first reactor should be controlled between 500℃-520℃;the catalyst loading in the second reactor should be about 4 t-5 t,if quench oil is needed to control the temperature of the second reactor,it is suitable within 10 t/h.It’s better to choose special catalyst of MIP process.In additional,according to reports in the literature,the advantages of MIP-CGP process are summarized: control the content of olefines in gasoline within 30%;and control the benzene content in gasoline within 1.0%;compared with the traditional FCC process,it can reduce sulfur content of 42.69% in gasoline.All of these show that MIP-CGP is better than the traditional FCC,and the gasoline produced from MIP-CGP process can reach the National Ⅲ standard of gasoline in China. |
