摘要: |
对广西石化2.2Mt/a连续重整装置的工程设计及工业运转进行了总结,简要介绍了其工艺及工程技术特点,并对装置的工业运转标定结果进行了分析。结果 表明,重整产氢纯度要求和重整汽油液收率均达到或超过了设计指标,能耗达到国内先进水平,说明工艺技术和工程设计是成功的。 |

Abstract: |
The engineering design and commercial operation of 2.2×106 t/a CCR unit in Guangxi Petrochemical Company is discussed.The technical features of the process and engineering are described and the running calibration results are analyzed.The analysis result shows that the purity of reformed H2 and the yield of reformed gasoline both reach or exceed the design specifications,and energy consumption reaches the advanced level in China.All of these demonstrate that the process technology and engineering design are successful. |
