摘要:

由于酸性油气田开发产生的酸气后处理受到硫磺回收成本和排放限制,酸气回注成为一种有效的选择。酸气回注风险高,技术难度大,目前主要应用于北美地区。本文回顾了国外酸气回注技术的发展现状,并结合实际工程案例,系统地介绍了酸气回注的工艺流程、回注选址、设备材料选择和安全环保要求等。讨论了自行开发酸气回注技术以及应用于国内外酸性气田开发工程项目的必要性。

Abstract:

Acid gas is the by-product of sour oil-gas field exploitation.As the acid gas disposal is restricted to both the cost of sulfur recovery and the emission policy,acid-gas reinjection(AGI) has become an effective option.Acid-gas reinjection,which is of high risk and technique difficulty,is mainly applied in North America at present.This article reviews the situation of oversea AGI development and introduces the process,location,material selection and safety consideration combining with practical cases.The necessity of self-development and application in both home and abroad sour oil-gas field exploitation is also discussed.
