摘要:

JJG 695-2003《硫化氢气体检测仪检定规程》主要针对硫化氢气体报警仪制订,对于在线硫化氢分析仪的检定及校准,我国尚未制订相应的检定规程。参照JJG 695-2003并结合我国在线硫化氢分析仪的使用实际,编制了在线硫化氢分析仪的校准方法,校验项目包括示值误差、重复性及分析标准气体结果的一致性,将编制的校准方法在天然气计量站点进行了应用,并取得了满意的结果。

Abstract:

JJG 695-2003 Verification Regulation of Sulfur Hydrogen Gas Detectors is established for hydrogen sulfide alert.However,there is no related regulation about calibration and verification of on-line hydrogen sulfide analyzer.This paper has referenced JJG 695-2003 to make a calibration method of hydrogen sulfide analyzer according to the application of it.The calibration method is focus on the errors of the measurement values,repeatability and the consistency on the analysis results of the reference gases.This method was also applied in some natural gas metering stations,which obtained satisfactory results.
