阿姆河项目A区检维修HSE管理成功经验做法探讨

摘要:
从土库曼阿姆河项目A区检维修的实际现状出发,在基础培训、制度保障、严格作业许可等多个方面,系统地总结了阿姆河项目A区首次检维修HSE管理经验,分析了首次检维修HSE管理中存在的一些不足,并提出了一些切实可行的改进措施。以期为将来海外项目的检维修HSE管理提供更多经验。

Abstract:
Based on present situation of inspection and maintenance in Block A of the Turkmenistan Amudarya project,in accordance with basic vocational training,system guarantee and operation permission,HSE management experience of inspection and maintenance in block A are summarized,some disadvantages of the repair work are analyzed and several practical and feasible measures are put forward to improve the efficiency.This paper is aimed to offer more valuable inspection and maintenance experience for oversea HSE management,so as to ensure safe production.
