为了研究压缩天然气(CNG)在柴油机上的应用,将涡轮增压柴油机改装为柴油引燃天然气的双燃料发动机,CNG通过天然气喷嘴喷入进气管。试验选取双燃料发动机转速为1400 r/min、1600 r/min 和1800 r/min,引燃柴油量控制在每循环最大配有量的20%左右。分析各试验工况下,混合气过量空气系数对发动机性能与排放的影响。试验结果表明:不同转速下,随过量空气系数的降低,功率增大,有效燃油消耗率降低,NOX增加,HC 和 CO排放在λ>1.6时增加,而在λ<1.6时减少 |

To study the application of Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) for diesel engines, a turbocharged diesel engine has been converted into a dual fuel natural gas engine fueled by diesel fuel. CNG was injected into the intake pipe via a gas injector. The engine, which is operating in dual fuel mode, has been tested at the speed of 1400 r/min, 1600 r/min and 1800 r/min. The pilot injection of diesel fuel is about 20% of maximum fuel delivery per cycle. This paper analyzed the effect of excess air ratio on the engine performance and exhaust emissions in all tested operating conditions. Experimental results show that, with decrease of the excess air ratio, brake power increases at different speeds, brake specific fuel consumption decreases, NOx emissions increase, HC and CO increase at λ>1.6 while they decrease sharply at λ<1.6 |
