催化汽油醚化装置主要节能技术探讨

摘要:
通过对催化汽油醚化装置工艺特点及能耗构成的分析,确定装置能耗的降低需从工艺技术和重沸器热源的选择考虑。混相床+催化蒸馏组合工艺是较为节能的醚化工艺技术,而醚化装置内的重沸器热源采用导热油比采用蒸汽可节能约30%。

Abstract:
According to the analysis of the process characteristics and the energy consuming structure for FCC gasoline etherification unit, the determination of energy consumption reduction for the unit should take the process technology and the heat source of reboilers into consideration. The mixed phase bed & catalytic distillation combination process is an energy saving etherification process to some extent. The application of hot oil as the heat source of reboilers could reduce the energy consumption of about 30 percent compared to the use of steam as the heat source.
