溶剂再生新型釜式再沸器的工艺校核与性能评价

摘要:
以沧州炼油厂尾气脱硫溶剂再生装置新型釜式再沸器为例,利用Aspen B-JAC对釜式再沸器工艺校核的要点进行了阐述,为釜式再沸器的设计和校核提供了新的参考,并对该换热器的防腐、节能、环保、提高产品质量等方面的优越性进行了评价。 

Abstract:
The process check for kettle type rebolier based on Aspen B-JAC was discussed in this paper by using a new kettle type reboiler in Cangzhou refinery tail gas desulfurization solvent regeneration unit as an example introduced. The discussed simulation can be used as a reference for the design and checking of new kettle type reboiler. This paper also evaluated the advantages of the heat exchanger in anti-corrosion, energy saving, environmental protection and improvement of products quality.
