油田井场废水中无机盐对配制压裂液的影响

摘要:
对井场废水进行回收,用于配制压裂液是其最好的归宿之一。通过模拟井场废水来研究无机盐种类及含量对压裂液特性的影响。研究表明,当废水中无机盐质量分数大于1%时,配制的压裂液性能明显下降,其中钙镁等高价阳离子及碳酸根离子对压裂液性能的影响最大,在废水的预处理过程中应加以去除。

Abstract:
One of the best way for well site wastewater reclamation is fracturing fluid preparation. The influence of different inorganic salts type and content on the characteristics of fracturing fluid is studied by simulating the well site wastewater. Research shows that the performance of fracturing fluid is dropped significantly when the inorganic salts content in well site wastewater is more than 1%. High valent cationic such as calcium, magnesium etc. and carbonate root ion affect the performance of fracturing fluid greatly, which shall be removed during the wastewater treatment process.
