柴油加氢精制装置节能优化分析

摘要:
介绍了扬子石化炼油厂120×104t/a柴油加氢精制装置的基本概况和用能情况,针对装置的特点,在新氢压缩机、加热炉、机泵等方面采取了一系列节能改造措施,既解决了装置生产过程中存在的问题,又大幅度地降低了装置能耗。能耗从装置开工初期的18.42 kg标油/t降低到2011年的11.63 kg标油/t,同时指出下一步可以通过增设液力透平等措施进一步降低装置能耗。 

Abstract:
This paper introduces basic situation and energy use of 120×104 t/a diesel hydrofining unit in Yangzi Petrochemical Refinery. According to the characteristics of the unit, a series of energy saving measures have been put forward on the new hydrogen compressors, heating furnaces and pumps, which not only solve the problems of these equipments in the production process, but also greatly reduce the unit energy consumption. The energy consumption of the unit decreases from 18.42 kgEO/t at the start to 11.63 kgEO/t in 2011. To further reduce the energy consumption of the unit, hydraulic turbine will be added.
