工业燃烧器对天然气掺混二甲醚适应性的实验研究

摘要:
在天然气中掺混不同比例的二甲醚,实验测试一个小型燃烧器功率、效率及排放的变化,分析二甲醚可否作为工业用户的调峰气源。使用的燃烧器为RIELLO 40 GS5强制鼓风型,二甲醚的掺混比例分别为0、10%、20%、30%、40%、100%。结果 表明:该燃烧器对天然气掺混二甲醚具有适应性。 

Experimental research of industrial burner fueled by DME-NG mixtures

Abstract:
A small industrial burner was fueled by variable percentage of dimethyl ether (DME) blended with natural gas, to test resulting response of heat input rate and emissions. The purpose of this experiment is to investigate possibility of supply DME as a peak-shaving tool for natural gas. The burner used in test was a forced-draught RIELLO 40 GS5 and blending percentage included 0,10%,20%,30%,40%, and 100%. The results show that such a burner is flexible enough to give satisfactory performance under above percentages.
