一种新的阻垢剂筛选方法

摘要:
提出了一种筛选阻垢剂的新方法,该方法是对传统的固悬物测量方法—滤膜过滤法的改进。将污水经<0.45 μm滤膜抽提出的物质定义为悬浮垢,将附着于锥形瓶表面的物质定义为沉降垢,悬浮垢含量与沉降垢含量之和为总垢量。通过评价垢含量变化,用偏光显微镜、扫描电镜观察垢形貌,X射线衍射及能谱分析垢组分等手段,研究出新的阻垢剂评价方法。相较于行业标准,该方法能够简便、快速、有效地评价阻垢剂性能,可靠性强,具备在油田上推广的价值。 

A new method to screen scale inhibitors

Abstract:
This paper puts forward a new method to screen scale inhibitors. It's an improvement to the traditional method of solid suspended objects measurement named Filter Membrane Filtration Method. The material which is extracted via filter membrane<0.45 μm is defined as suspended scale, and the material which attaches to the surface of conical flask is defined as sedimentation scale. The content of the sum of suspended scale and sedimentation scale is called total scale quantity. We create a new method to evaluate and select scale inhibitors via measuring the change of scale in quality, observing the change of scale in morphology by polarizing microscope and scanning electron microscope, and analyzing component of scale by X-ray diffraction and energy spectrum analysis. Compared with industrial standard, this new method can estimate scale inhibitors performance so handy, quickly, effectively and reliably that we think it have the value of popularization in the oilfield.
