超音速脱水在天然气处理中的应用

摘要:
为了满足管道输送和化工利用的要求,天然气必须经过脱水处理。超音速技术用于天然气脱水,与传统工艺相比有明显优势。介绍了超音速分离器的工作原理和Laval喷管结构设计;对我国超音速脱水应用现状进行了分析,通过比较,认为3S型分离器与J-T阀并联然后与分子筛串联使用可用于天然气的脱水处理。 

Application of supersonic separation technology in natural gas dehydration

Abstract:
In order to meet the requirements of pipeline transportation and chemical industrial utilization, natural gas must be dehydrated. Supersonic separation is a new technology for natural gas dehydration, which has obvious advantages compared with the traditional techniques. This paper introduces the working principle of supersonic separation and the structure design of Laval nozzle, analyses the internal application statue of 3S in natural gas dehydration. Through the comparison,it is considered that 3S in parallel with J-T valve and then in tandem with molecular sieves is a best way for natural gas dehydration, which could meet the requirements of dehydration process of internal natural gas.
