采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了超微孔材料(TiPW/SA),通过FT-IR和N2吸附脱附对其进行表征。并以模拟汽油(二苯并噻吩硫质量分数为300 mg/kg)氧化脱硫反应为探针反应,考察其催化氧化吸附脱硫性能。结果 表明,TiPW/SA保持了Keggin结构,具有超微孔结构,比表面积为325 m2/g。TiPW/SA在最佳反应条件下脱硫率达92.08%。 |

TiPW/SA was produced using the sol-gel method and characterized by FT-IR and N2 adsorption-desorption. Taking the gasoline with a sulfur compounds content of 300 mg/kg as experimental material, the catalytic oxidation and adsorption desulfurization performance of TiPW/SA was analyzed. The results showed that all the loaded catalysts keep the Keggin structures, and TiPW/SA has a supermicroporous structure, and the specific surface area is 325 m2/g. The analysis also suggested that the desulfurization rate of TiPW/SA under the optimal reaction condition could reach 92.08%. |
