针对双河西区注水系统腐蚀结垢严重,影响正常生产的问题,对其腐蚀结垢原因进行了分析。确定了水中溶解氧、细菌以及成垢阴阳离子的存在是导致回注水腐蚀结垢严重的主要因素。通过实验筛选出pH值调节剂、除氧剂、杀菌剂以及缓蚀阻垢剂作为水质防腐防垢的药剂,处理后水质腐蚀速率降低89.7%,结垢速率降低72.5%,腐蚀结垢程度减弱,达到回注要求。 |

Corrosion and scaling in reinjection water system is a serious problem at Shuanghe west district in Yongning oilfield, which affects normal production. Oxygen, bacteria and scaling dietary cationanion exist in water cause the problem. Corrosion and scaling problem was resolved by adding pH regulator, deoxidant, bactericide, corrosion and scaling inhibitor to the reinjection water. The corrosion and scaling degree of the water is weakened, the corrosion rate decreases 89.7% and the scaling degree decreases 72.5%,which satisfy the reinjection standard requirement. |
