电加热器再热技术在硫磺回收装置上的应用

摘要:
根据重庆天然气净化总厂綦江分厂硫磺回收装置的运行现状与特点,对过程气再热方式进行了选择。分析了高温掺和法、在线加热炉加热法、蒸汽加热法、气-气换热法、电加热法的优缺点,确定采用能源供应方便,结构紧凑,自动控制温度,操作简便,无污染的电加热器进行过程气再热。结论 表明,在硫磺回收装置低负荷运行的条件下,过程气采用电加热技术,可确保系统温度在正常范围内,使硫磺回收装置运转正常。同时,对电加热器设备运行的常见问题和异常情况进行了分析和总结。 

Abstract:
Aiming at current situations and characteristics of the sulfur recovery unit in Qijiang Branch, the process gas reheating methods were determined. The advantages and disadvantages of five kinds of reheat methods technology were analyzed including high temperature mixed, reheating furnaces, steam heating, gas-gas heat exchanger and electric heater. The electric heater was finally determined because of the advantage of convenient energy service, compact structure, automatic temperature control, simple operation and no pollution. The Results showed that system temperature was in normal range and sulfur recovery unit ran properly when the sulfur recovery unit operated at low load. Meanwhile, the common problems and abnormal situations of electric heater were analyzed and summarized.
