渤海油气田硫铁化合物自燃危险性研究

摘要:
在油气生产过程中,活性硫与非活性硫容易与生产设备发生反应,生成硫铁化合物,经长时间积聚,如果与空气接触,会发生自燃,引起火灾、爆炸等事故。阐述了硫铁化合物生成及自燃的机理,对生产设备的现场取样进行了能谱分析、X射线衍射分析及自热特性分析,说明渤海油气田存在硫铁化合物自燃的危险隐患。 

Abstract:
The iron-sulfur compounds are produced easily in the process of oil and gas production by active sulfur and inactive sulfur with the iron. When exposed to air after a long period, it will result in spontaneous combustion, fire, explosion and other accidents. This paper describes the mechanism of iron-sulfur compounds formation and spontaneous combustion. The energy spectrum, X-ray diffraction and self thermal characteristic analysis are conducted for field samples. The conclusion shows that spontaneous combustion potential hazards of iron-sulfur compounds in Bohai oil and gas field are existed.
