凝析油稳定装置运行评述及操作优化

摘要:
中亚某天然气净化厂凝析油稳定装置多次出现物料乳化堵塞系统和外排气田水的H2S含量超标、稳定凝析油机械杂质超标等情况,严重影响装置正常运行。针对上述问题,从工艺和设备方面进行了分析,提出装置流程及操作的优化方案,装置优化后运行情况良好。 

Abstract:
The condensed oil distillation unit faced a series of problems including the system clogging caused by material emulsification, the excess H2S content in discharged gas field water, and the excess mechanical impurities in stable condensate oil, etc. in a natural gas processing plant in central Asia, which seriously affected the normal operation of device. Aiming at these problems, the reasons of process and equipment were analyzed and a process optimization scheme was put forward. The unit runs well after optimization.
