净化厂循环水系统再生水回用的腐蚀控制

摘要:
某净化厂循环水系统引入再生水后,腐蚀严重,严重影响了设备的正常使用,给净化厂的正常生产造成了一定的影响。针对此情况,对其循环水体系现况进行了详细的分析研究,发现其主要问题在于对再生回用水的不正确使用。对此开展了阻垢、缓蚀、杀菌等实验研究工作,开发出适合于该厂的循环水系统稳定运行方案,为现场应用提供了技术支持。 

Abstract:
The reclaimed water used in recycle cooling water system of purification plant has caused severe corrosion, seriously affected the normal use of equipment and the production of purification plant. This article has carried on analysis and research of the circulating water system in detail, and found that the main problem is the incorrect use of the reclaimed water. Researches such as scale inhibition, corrosion inhibition, and sterilization are carried out to propose a solution which could assure the steady operation of the recycle cooling water system.
