MTBE选择性吸附脱硫的研究

摘要:
采用常温常压吸附法考察了各种分子筛吸附剂对模型溶液中二甲基二硫醚(DMDS)的吸附脱除性能。吸附活性结果表明,由于MTBE的强竞争吸附作用,仅ZSM-5分子筛可以从MTBE选择性吸附脱除DMDS,而其他分子筛均完全没有效果。ZSM-5所特有的十元环孔道是选择性吸附的关键。通过一系列过渡金属改性,结果显示,仅银离子改性吸附剂硫容上升。在模拟油中硫容从未改性的13.4 mg/g提高到35.4 mg/g。通过热重分析发现,S-M键的形成是选择性吸附脱硫的关键。 

Study on selective adsorption desulfurization of MTBE

Abstract:
The adsorption removal performance of DMDS from MTBE solution with various zeolites under the room conditions was studied. The results showed only ZSM-5 exhibited an excellent performance to remove DMDS from MTBE selectively for the strong competitive adsorption of MTBE, and yet other zeolites showed totally futile. The shape-selectivity should be responsible for the selective adsorption of ZSM-5. Effect of modification by transition metals loaded on ZSM-5 was studied. Only the adsorbent with Ag+ loading showed a positively enhanced capacity of selective sulfur adsorption among all adsorbents studied. The sulfur capacity was increased from 13.4 mg/g to 35.4 mg/g adsorbent in the simulation MTBE solution after modification by Ag+. TGA-DSC analysis demonstrated the adsorption on the adsorbent occurred significantly via S-M bonds.
