液氮+LNG预冷在大型常压LNG储罐的应用

摘要:
针对传统LNG储罐预冷过程中出现的问题,提出了液氮+LNG预冷的技术,并成功应用于广安LNG储罐预冷。结果 表明,液氮+LNG预冷技术在保证储罐预冷效果的基础上,有效地解决了工程上的两相流和相平衡问题,并明显减少了材料费用,是一种安全性和经济性兼备的高效预冷方案。同时,采用Fluent流体计算软件与传统计算方法相结合,研究了预冷过程中储罐的温度变化规律,对实际生产具有指导意义。 

Abstract:
Based on problems arising from the traditional pre-cooling process of LNG storage tanks, the LN2 and LNG pre-cooling process was put forward in this paper. The process has been successfully applied in Guang'an LNG storage tanks. It is shown that on the basis of the guarantee pre-cooling effect, LN2 and LNG pre-cooling process can effectively solve the problems of two phase flow and phase equilibrium, and significantly reduce the cost. Above all, this is a kind of safe and economical and efficient pre-cooling scheme. At the same time, commercial software Fluent and traditional calculation method were used to study the temperature variation of storage tanks. It has a guiding significance for practical production.
