采用大孔磺酸树脂Amberlyst,通过烷基化硫转移催化重汽油中噻吩类硫化物,考察了反应温度、反应时间、油剂比对烷基化硫转移反应的影响,并对树脂催化剂的失活及再生性进行了研究。结果 表明,随着反应温度的提高,轻馏分中的总硫含量先下降再上升。在反应温度为110 ℃、反应时间为60 min、油剂比为10时,重汽油中有91.14%(w)的硫化物从轻馏分(70~120 ℃)转移到重馏分(>120 ℃)中。失活的树脂经无水乙醇处理后,其反应活性接近于树脂原料。 |

The alkylation of olefins with thiophene sulfur containing compounds in heavy fraction of gasoline using macroporous sulfonic acid resin Amberlyst was studied. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time and oil to agent ratio on alkylation of sulfur transfer reaction were investigated, and the stability and reproducibility of the resin were researched. The results showed that with the resin catalyst, under the reaction temperature of 110 ℃, reaction time of 60 minutes and oil to agent ratio of 10, about 91.14% of the surfer compound in light fraction(70-120 ℃) was transferred into heavy fraction(>120 ℃). The catalytic performance of deactivating resin can restore close to resin materials after being treated with the organic solvent such as absolute alcohol. |
