| 摘要: |
| 研制了质量法高压气体充装流量标准装置,阐述了其结构组成、技术要求、技术路线以及检测方法,并对其测量不确定度进行了分析与评定。结果 表明,质量法高压气体充装流量标准装置满足有关国家标准、国家计量技术规范的相关技术要求,适用于各级计量技术机构对压缩天然气加气机、标准表法压缩天然气加气机检定装置和充装用高压气体质量流量计进行计量检测和技术评价。该标准装置已取得国家实用新型专利证书。 |

| Abstract: |
| This paper introduces the structure composition, the technical requirements and technical route and the measurement method of high pressure gas filling flow standard facility based on weighing method, analyzes and evaluates its uncertainty of measurement. The results show that the facility can completely meet the technical requirements specified in the relevant national standards, national measurement technical specifications. This standard facility has got China national utility model patent certificate. |
