气液两相流流型判断及管径计算软件的设计与开发

摘要:
以流体的基础数据(流量、密度、黏度、表面张力等)为基础,根据SH/T 3035-2007《石油化工工艺装置管径选择导则》中两相流型的计算模型,以VB6.0作为开发用户操作界面的平台,设计了一个适用于石化装置牛顿性流体的管道两相流流型判断及管径计算软件。通过实例计算证明,该软件不仅能提高手算或Excel计算的效率,还可方便地输出流型判断及管径计算的结果,为设计工作带来便利。 

Abstract:
Based on the fluid basic data such as flow rate, density, viscosity, surface tension, etc., according to the calculation model of two phase flow regime in SH/T 3035-2007 Guide for Pipeline Sizing in Petrochemical Industry, the VB6.0 was used as a platform to develop a user operation interface. The software was designed to judge the flow regime of Newton fluid pipe gas-liquid two phase flow and calculate pipe diameter. Proved by practical calculation, the software can not only develop the calculation efficiency by hand or by Excel, but also output the flow regime judgment results conveniently, which will bring convenience for the design effort.
