以N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺(DMAA)、3-烯丙氧基-2-羟基-1-丙磺酸(AHPS)、2-丙烯酰胺基-
2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)和丙烯酸(AA)为原料,合成了一种抗高温水泥浆降失水剂。通过红外光谱对其
进行了表征,评价了添加抗高温降失水剂的水泥浆综合性能。结果 表明,加有抗高温降失水剂的水泥浆
API滤失量可以控制在50mL以下,抗温能力可达150 ℃。降失水剂使水泥浆的稠化时间稍有延长,
抗压强度略有降低,抗析水能力增强,抗盐能力可达到36%。 |

Inthispaper,ahightemperatureresistantfluidlossadditiveforcementslurry was
synthesizedusingDMAA,AHPS,AMPSandAA,andwascharacterizedthroughinfraredspectrum.
Thesyntheticalperformancesofthecementslurryaddedwithfluidlossadditivewereevaluated.The
resultsshowthattheAPIfluidlossofthatcementslurrycanbecontrolledbelow50 mL,andits
temperaturetolerancecanbeupto150℃.Thethickeningtimeofcementslurryisextendedslightly,
yetitscompressing strengthis decreasedlightly andits water precipitation resistanceisalso
improved.Itssalt-resistanceperformanceisenoughtoreach36% ofsaltconcentration. |
